Travel for Two: Acorne/VED

Virgin Experience Days “Travel For Two” vouchers – 12914, SVR1N, SVST2

How to book:

1. Click the link for your voucher type to view booking details.
   • If your voucher type is SVR1N, it is best to check which dates you can redeem your voucher before making your booking with us, as the hotel may have limited availability for your part of the experience.
   • If your voucher type is 12914, it is best to check which dates you can redeem your voucher before making your booking with us, as the Afternoon Tea venue may have limited availability for you to book their part of the experience. We’ve been advised that the Afternoon Tea is typically unavailable on Sundays.
2. When on the page please select the date you wish to travel on.
   • Do note that for a ‘Travel for Two’ voucher (types 12914, SVR1N, and SVST2 only), you should select only one ticket.
   • For voucher type 14070, you need to book two tickets on the Kent Gin Train booking page, clicking this link here.
   • For voucher type 14072, you need to book one ‘Sparkling Cream Tea for two’ ticket on the Kent Cream Tea Train booking page, by clicking this link here.
3. Follow through our website to the ‘Checkout’ page. You will see a cost to pay on the ‘Your Shopping Cart‘ screen – this is normal, you will not be charged as long as you correctly redeem your voucher in the next step.
4. You will be presented with a page that asks you to enter your email address and, just below this (in the Gift Voucher space), you will also be required to enter your Voucher Serial Number and PIN Number.
5. Once these details have been entered, you must click ‘redeem voucher’ before moving on – this will ensure no costs are charged to you. The website should respond with ‘Your voucher has been processed’.
6. Once this has been done, you will be able to enter your details and follow the rest of our standard booking process – you need to click Submit Order to Us at the bottom of the page for your booking to go through.
